Do you follow the New York Times' Dining section? Entertaining food writer, Melissa Clark shows how she prepares a vegan menu using the bountiful specialties of fall. I'll be adding a trip to the farmer's market to my schedule next week and hope to add some of these to my menu. Maybe she doesn't mean to, but it is nice that she points out that vegan dishes aren't just for vegans. Meat eaters can even enjoy them. The most important thing is highlighting the blessing of a change in produce that comes with the change of seasons.
