I got called by my old employer to work the lead nuclear tech's maternity leave. Naturally, this would happen during the last two weeks of class. Also during the week of my grandmother's 91st birthday. But fortunately after Nora's birthday! I'll do my best to enjoy the time at work (but away from my daughter) because change is good for variety, especially if you're in a rut.
Firstly, I would like to thank all the people who have emailed or commented their congratulations in the blessing of God giving us a child. It is wonderful having such a supportive network of friends and family. We are getting increasingly excited. Although, I have been getting flack from certain friends for not being more excited. However, when I jump out of bed in the morning not from the propulsion of the great energy gained from a good night's sleep (in fact, quite the opposite), but from the need of my stomach to see the inside of the toilet first thing. .
This is another restaurant my parents especially love. My grandmother wanted to go their two days in a row. In fact, the guacamole and salsa have to be very high on the excellent meter. Both are made fresh daily, which means sometimes the salsa is so hot I cry, but it's so good, I just can't stop! I remember once my father and I went together. Normally he likes hot things.
