My two have been under the weather for a few days. This is all rather new to me. I'm doing my best to keep them happy. Obviously, that means the menu doesn't get followed exactly. I aim to please. Whatever is desired gets served.
That being said, the butternut squash soup from last week didn't make it on the menu. So, it's top priority for this week. Fortunately, I chopped it and put it in the freezer pretty early on in the week. We also have a bit of spaghetti squash in the freezer. There's even leftover kale, cabbage, leeks, and tofu to add to dishes. Looks like I hardly need to visit the store except for bananas!
