Veteran's Day Artwork
Have you seen the Google Artwork for today? It was very moving to me especially as I remember both Paul's and my grandfathers and how proud I know they would be to have a great-grandchild. I would have been proud for this baby to know all four of them. At least they have left a legacy to be proud of. I thank them and everyone else who has served our country in uniform.

As i traveled through my day
As i traveled through my day yasterday i couldn't help but notice all the attention given to the Military Vets. From Free food at various restaurants to the discounts at various local merchants. It REALLY warms my heart to see the appreciation and support of the American populace for the military.
I am retired AF and have two sons in the military, one currently in Iraq, and one scheduled for deployment to another well known desert location very soon. Days like veterans day with all the hoopla really make me proud of America.
