Jose's RestaurantHalf a Jar of SalsaRice, Burrito, Enchillada, SaladQuesadilla, rice, tostada

Jose's is located just one exit from the Jackson Airport. We ate there right after we landed from a delayed flight. That being said, we likely are biased on the food because we were so hungry, but we thought it was really good! I loved how the salsa came out in a small Ball jar, but we were given individual dipping cups to pour it into. The chips were warm and sprinkled generously with paprika, which I think is pretty unusual. Most restaurants I visit use salt or salt and black pepper. These were very yummy.

Somehow, our order got slightly mixed up, and I ended up with a vegetarian plate of salad, quesadilla, rice, and tostada. I thought I had ordered the burrito and enchilada plate like Paul did. After tasting his, though, I was more than happy with mine and grateful for whatever kind of mistake gave me such a delicious meal. Paul's vegetarian plate was good; don't get me wrong. I just liked mine better. The tostada was fabulous.

I can't keep raving about it. That would be pointless. I'll just give you the address in case you are ever in the area and want to try it out for yourself. I do remember there being two other vegetarian options, but I don't remember what they were.
